Beaches
Only 30+ miles from Clearwater and St. Pete beach, which are two of the more popular beaches in the area. They have been regarded as some of the best sunsets in the whole country!
Local Attractions
The Tampa Bay, the downtown skyline, Tampa Riverwalk, Busch Gardens Theme Park and Adventure Island Water Park, and much more are also in close proximity. Also, they are only 60+ miles to Disney World.

    "Large enough that everyone could stay together or have their own space. The pool is fantastic with a deep end. The lake can be seen from inside the house or while sitting by the pool. We visited Ybor City, Busch Gardens, Zoo Tampa, Clearwater beach, and went to a Tampa Bay Rays game. House was clean and the property owner stayed in communication before and after the trip. We would recommend to any family that enjoys privacy and easy access to the activities that Tampa has to offer."

    "Beautiful waterfront property. Brand new 800 sq ft dock right on the water that we fished off of. The property is very roomy, has a large living room and kitchen, and several King beds that are comfortable. The pool area has a lot of seating. The owner was very responsive and really nice. Have stayed at several weekly rentals this is by far the best, unbeatable!"

    "This is a great house. As soon as we walked in the house the view to the back of the house & out to the lake is beautiful. This is a very roomy house, with its 5 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms. We were traveling for our son’s wedding & the house easily accommodated everyone for the rehearsal dinner. The owners were very prompt in responding to my communications. I highly recommend this home & would certainly stay here again if we have a need for a larger place to stay"

Book a private bartender to come in to mix your cocktails the way you like them. It would be great while you enjoy the pool! This is based on you providing the alcohol, but we will take care of the rest.
